This document describes the data IPTV Denmark gathers when you browse this site or sign up for our service, our reasons for gathering it, and your available options. We request only what is necessary and never sell your personal data to third parties.
Information we collect
Upon placing an order or reaching out to support, we gather the information you provide: name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, selected plan, and — for MAG devices and similar hardware — the MAC address needed for activation. As you navigate the site, our hosting service logs routine technical information including IP address, browser version and visited pages.
Third-party payment gateways handle all transactions. We obtain only confirmation of successful payment and the transaction reference number. Your complete card details are neither visible to us nor retained in our systems.
Why we use it
- To activate, renew and support your subscription.
- To answer your messages and provide installation help.
- To detect abuse, credential sharing and fraudulent orders.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Subject to your approval, we may send periodic updates about services or special offers — you can unsubscribe anytime with a single reply.
Who we share it with
Data is shared exclusively with partners essential to operating the service: payment gateways, hosting and server infrastructure, and communication platforms used to contact you. Each partner receives only the minimum information necessary for their role. We also release information when legally obligated.
How long we keep it
Transaction and invoice records are retained as long as financial regulations demand. Support correspondence is maintained throughout your active subscription and for a sensible duration after, enabling us to assist if you rejoin. Technical logs are preserved briefly before being deleted.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your stored information, ask for corrections, or request deletion once legal or contractual obligations no longer apply. Marketing consent can be revoked anytime. Contact us at siptview@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Only support staff have access to customer data, and all site communications are encrypted. No security is absolute: never disclose your password to anyone requesting it outside our verified WhatsApp number or official email.
Children
This service is marketed to adults only. We do not intentionally gather data from minors — refer to our children's statement for parental controls and family viewing.
