Streaming shouldn't demand technical expertise. The majority who contact us aren't interested in configurations and encoding — they simply want the match at seven, children's movies on Saturday, and familiar channels for Sunday afternoon viewing. That's why we handle the technical side: activating your application, inputting credentials if you wish, and remaining available until everything displays properly.
We'd sooner switch you to a better-performing server than debate channel availability. Server migrations, app setup and installation support cost nothing throughout your subscription period. No binding contracts, no concealed charges, and should our service not suit your needs, the refund policy is genuine.
We're equally transparent about our limitations. Channel lineups shift, broadcasting rights transfer between networks, and no service can permanently guarantee any single channel. Enquire before subscribing and we'll state clearly what's currently accessible on your assigned server.
